5-min walk from Moorgate and they had free luggage storage which is nice but was disappointed beyond that. No common area except for the bar to hang out in. I was in a 4-person room where one of the guys covered the smoke detector so he could vape. The whole 2nd floor smelled faintly like what I can only describe as sour vomit which never went away and made it hard to sleep. The bathrooms are okay but someone left beer glasses inside one of them and they were still there 12 hours later so it was obviously not cleaned. Doors to the rooms are super loud when they close and will wake you up. There was some trash on the shelf in my bunk and some gross stuff on the walls when I got there. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Decent hostel very close to a train station. Beds have curtains and mattresses are comfy. Rooms are clean and tidy and also have aircon. Would've been nice to have a microwave in the common area. Common area was also packed with people from the bar one night around 6pm which sucked as I had to eat my dinner in my room instead. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Joshua at the reception was such a star and so accommodating; truly went above and beyond in regards to my comfort and safety. I needed to do a walk in at 5am after a night out and the process was so swift and easy. The place was comfy, spacious and clean. Each individual bed has a curtain for privacy, usb ports and a personal light. Also a great central location in a clean and safe area. Plus, connected to a pub so an all rounder of a place!

It was a great place to stay, 6-7 min walk from Moorgate Station and just 2 min walk from VFS centre which was my main motive to be in london. They have 24*7 check in and it was convenient. They also have a bar and offers breakfast too at reasonable price. All the facilities were clean and guests were respectful.

Have stayed here twice now and had a great experience both times. As a solo travel it feels a remarkably safe hostel. The staff are lovely and incredibly accommodating (shoutout my favorite breakfast DJ!) & rooms are clean and well maintained. Just make sure you bring a towel as there’s a 3£ charge (5£ intial, 2£ refund on return). Very well situated, just a short couple minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station.

Water heater comes on every 20 or so minutes, humming like hell causing the walls to vibrate, you can still hear it even with ear plugs, it tends to wake you up. Good work fellas!!

A very good value accommodation! Considering I paid £38 for somewhere nestled between Liverpool Street & Moorgate, it was great! Shared room ofc but I personally don't mind that. The bunks beds were big, stable and fairly comfy with a reading light, charging points and storage. The bathrooms were clean and the staff suprisngly friendly and the bar also great. Just wish there were lockable storage for my stuff...unless there was and I am blind lol

Great value for price, conveniently located and unbeatable food/drinks deals at the pubs. Good breakfast with all the basics (toasts, ham, cheese slices, spreads, granola, yogurt, milk, instant coffee and tea). We’ll be back ;)

At this place, you get what you pay for. The only thing in the room that felt moderately clean was the sheets. The floor was covered in dust and the room stank because the other guests had an aversion to showering (if that gives you a sense of the type of people who stay here). The hall bath (which only had 1 toilet and two tiny sinks) had black mold in the shower and the toilet was dirty even though it had just been cleaned. There's also absoloutely no communal environment here. It's just a few rooms above a pub and no one seemed interested in meeting anyone else. It's also not a great location, surrrounded by lots of offices and totally dead on the weekends. It's close to the tube, but still a good 5-7 minute walk when you want to go anywhere. The only good things I can say are that it was quiet at night, and the staff in the pub were super kind and attentive and let me store my bags for free. It's a realtively cheap place to London, but if you're looking to explore the city and sleep well, I'd stay somwehre else.

Had a really nice overnight stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, bathrooms and showers were clean and everything was working properly. Comfortable bed and I appreciate the privacy curtains on the bed. The room was a bit too warm for my liking and my dorm had a few snorers but otherwise it was very pleasant.
