Wonderful stay at Southgate premier inn. The staff were excellent, friendly and polite. Short walk to Southgate underground to get into central London. Have a fantastic stay with family..
They recently revamped the menu here and seems like they got a new manager (could be wrong!!!). Anyway, the beds are excellent, better than the last time I was here. No noise, not even from traffic or sirens. Worth an excellent recommendation.
Very convenient for the Tube, not bad for getting to the Spurs ground for a gig, the W6 to Edmonton Green, then overground to White Hart Lane. Getting back was harder if you don't know the area, but it always is. The hotel itself was clean, friendly, just what you need. Breakfast was good, proper toasters! Plenty of variety for all sortsbof breakfast tastes.
I’ve visited twice for the Too Good To Go collection and was really impressed both times. I’m glad to see the hotel taking part in such a great initiative to reduce food waste. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast area is cozy and comfortable, and the quality of the English breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend to anyone living or working nearby!
Receptionist was pleasant, he managed to sort us all out although we were early for check in. Bed was soo comfortable! Room was nice and clean! Location was perfect for us as it was close to the tube station, loads of wee shops around the area too. Easy enough to find.
Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Marina is such an asset to the Premier Inn team. Really went over and above. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. Rooms were really clean, beds were so comfortable, shower was brilliant and staff were brilliant, one of the team members even came out to show me where I could park.. Exceptional customer service! Thank you for making our stay so fantastic. We will definitely be booking again.
The service here has been amazing. Old school service where staff actually go out their way to ensure the customers are throughly happy. Super attentive, super friendly and very kind. Daniel the head chef was so friendly and helpful. I managed to borrow a charger after losing mine on a night out. Got a late check out free of charge. tania was also really friendly and helpful. Amazing stay! And the view from the window was sick

Avoid at all costs. They will not serve you dinner, they told us their restaurant is fully booked when theres only 4-6 people in the whole place. The staff are just ridiculous. Update 1 day later. We had to ask the reception for fresh towels and new bed sheets. And they brought us “new shit”
