Fantastic stay at this aparthotel near Aldgate East. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, with modern decor, lots of wood details, and everything spotlessly clean. The studio room was compact but very practical, with a kitchenette fully stocked with all the utensils needed. What really stood out was the excellent service — the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and available around the clock, with 24-hour check-in and luggage storage making everything easy. Great location too, close to public transport, restaurants, and bars.

We recently stayed at this aparthotels near aldgate East, and honestly, they’re some of the nicest apart hotels I’ve tried in London. The first thing that hits you is the decor: warm wood everywhere, plants thoughtfully placed around the building, beautiful ceramics, and an overall atmosphere that feels inviting and well-designed. We were upgraded on arrival, no idea why, but I’m not complaining, because the room was genuinely lovely. As you can see from the video I attached, the space is surprisingly large, easily comfortable for two people and even perfectly fine for three. The room comes well-equipped: tea, coffee, a little nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, plus all the usual amenities like a TV and hairdryer. Everything is controlled through panels rather than traditional switches, which adds to the modern feel. The silence was one of the best surprises: we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms at all, which made the stay really pleasant. Cleanliness was generally great too, except for one detail: when we moved the big sofa to create some space, the area underneath was dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Not a deal-breaker, but noticeable. The only real downside was the boiler issue. There was no hot water during our stay, and this was communicated to us immediately at check-in. They told us it would only be fixed on Monday, the day of our checkout, so we spoke with a manager and found a solution that worked for both sides. The situation was handled fairly, even if it wasn’t ideal. Despite that, I would definitely return. The location is genuinely convenient: a big Tesco just around the corner, plenty of restaurants, good transport links, and close enough to the city centre without being in the middle of chaos. Overall, a stylish, comfortable stay with a few hiccups but still one of the best apart hotel experiences I’ve had in London.

What made the stay was excellent service, staff was super helpful and great. 24 hour check in and free luggage storage were both godsends for us since we arrived so late and had an overnight departure flight. Staff was so kind to even let us chill in the lobby for a couple hours well after check out while we had to kill time before our flight. As for the room, it was fine, I do wish it had more space but it is London where real estate is a premium so it's understandable. I do however wish the bathroom had a bit more space, felt cramped in there when trying to shower and change, hard to find a dry place to put your clothes and towel. Location was a bit of a walk from the station (it's right in between two stations), but it was fine. General area seemed safe too.

Had such a lovely stay here! The room was so cosy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, they even left champagne, beer, and a birthday card for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is ideal too, just a short 5-minute walk to the tube, making it so easy to get around London. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and okay. The location is great enough to have access to good areas of central London. Nothing complimentary in the room on our arrival, except 2-3 tea bags, not even a bottle of water, no biscuits, etc. I mentioned this becuase I had stayed in another Wilde Aparthotel, and they performed considerably better. There was no telephone in the room to contact the lobby easily. The microwave wasn't working, and its door couldn't be opened. The TV remote seemed to be partially out of battery. The body wash liquid had an unpleasant smell. Nice smoking area. All in all, it's a good one, but compared to the price you pay, I'd say give it a go if there are no other options.

I stayed at this place for over 15 days and had an awesome experience. Booked a studio, the room was stylish full of modern amenities that you might require during the course of stay. All the staff (special mention to Erick) was fantastic, going out of their way to help you and sort out any issues that you might face. The location is really good, with proper connectivity to any part of London you wish to go. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a serviced apartment for a short or long stay.

Stayed here twice now. Booked a superior room and thought it was great! Staff are friendly, common areas are stylish and the rooms themselves are fantastic. The room has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen means you can prepare food and drinks and everything is included - dishwasher, fridge, hairdryer, iron, toiletries etc. The views are AMAZING, you could spend hours watching everything from the windows - you could see the City, Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge and beyond. We found the location to be perfect - not smack bang in the middle of the tourist spots, but surrounded by great transport links and a short walk to fantastic pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is available at the hotel and looked good but we found great cafes nearby, as well as supermarkets. The perfect place to stay in London.

My company booked this hotel for my first few weeks in London for my relocation. I loved my stay in Wilde. Everything was new and stylish. Room was not big, but had kitchen included. As a welcome treat I found 3 chocolate candies, which were very pleasant to have after 12 hours travel. Room had sensor buttons and total black out curtains, both of which I didn't see before in hotels (having said that I didn't travel much since covid time). On the first ground floor you can drink cucumber water (didn't like it) and orange water (liked it). Also, I wanted to say many thanks to Julia who was at reception during my check out. She helped me a lot with my bags to take them to taxi - I had 3 baggage, backpack, wool coat, big purse in hands and big bag with flowers.

Modern, awesome interior design. Spectacular London view from the room, which was clean and had a comfy bed and huge bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel smelled lovely. Cozy lounge area; splendid atmosphere. Monica and Rachael were very welcoming and were of great help. Highly recommend :)

Eric and Julia have been an incredible help! They assisted my family and me throughout the booking experience as well as the check in to checking out nearby locations to visit. We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. Julia is very attentive and is always happy to answer any questions we may have! Truly an incredible staff!
