Great value room in a highly convenient location. The room was spotlessly clean with no smells, and provided nice towels and soaps. The breakfast was well presented, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the owner Sukh!

Rooms is valued compared to the price Service needs to be improved. Specifically the check out. It’s 10:30. And if you want to add one hour you have to pay 10 Pounds. The location is pretty close to the station as well as the airport.

The staff here are so nice and accommodating! I was surprised not to notice sounds of the planes flying over during the night. Sound definitely carries from the hallway and nearby rooms though. There were a lot of options for breakfast and the room had everything I needed for a simple stay!

We stayed here recently and were pleasantly surprised. Don’t expect the Ritz for the price, but for what you pay it’s a very solid option. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk from Hounslow West tube station. I had some initial concerns about the area at night, but we never felt unsafe and the streets are reasonably well lit at night. The accommodation itself is clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus is being able to help yourself to coffee and tea at any time. Breakfast and parking are included in the pirce which is great value. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice with sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns, toast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit, cereals, rolls, and more. The only downsides were that the rooms aren’t soundproof, so it could get noisy at night. We were awoken several times from people walking past our room, as well as planes and the hall light going on and off throughout the night.

Would have been five stars but for the lack of availability of in-room tea/coffee making facilities. Otherwise, I found it a nice place for a brief stopover in Hounslow; convenient, friendly and good value!

It's not perfect, but that's this places charm. It's clean and warm, the beds are good. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is continental. Great location for Twickenham. If I was going to a match I would stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 6 the night before last. Far exceeded expectations. More than suitable for our requirements. Very clean throughout. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast included was ample. Excellent value for money. Can't recommend enough.

This place is a real jewel. Just loved it! Rooms are kept super clean each day. The staff is A+. They will go above board to help you in any way possible. There is a nice sitting area in a little garden on the back. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in the London area!

Great option for LHR Heathrow overnight between flights. Better than those hotels around Airport. 2 stops on tube, easy location with shops and lots of Restaurants (Indian). Room a bit pokey no view but clean and everything needed. Nice continental breakfast. Quiet place to work on computer.
