We had a fabulous stay over at Premiere Inn East Church Langley. Very clean. Easy access to local amenities and staff were very friendly. Would visit again. Thank you
This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. We had a bigger room the 2nd time, probably a family room with extra fold-out bed. Great to have that extra space! Both times the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Extra pillows provided in the cupboard. Aircon in the room so you can set your own temperature. Bit most of all, extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was on crutches this time - very humbling - and needed help getting our suitcases to the car while my husband was working. Ivona (the gorgeous housekeeping lady from Serbia) offered to help and even set her phone alarm so she would remember. She carried the suitcases, opened all the doors for me, and loaded them into my car. She deserves a raise or at least a big thank you from management! Thank you, Ivona, for making a real difference for me today. Thank you Premier Inn, for employing her and for the lovely stay.
Room was clean and as expected however I have never stayed in a hotel where the noise from the room above was so bad. All we could here were stamping and banging , so much we couldn't sleep. Never had this problem at other premier inns! After speaking to staff they apologised and offered us a free breakfast for the inconvenience.
Met Sarah at the reception and she was very helpful and incentive. She has a beautiful smile and made me feel welcome to the hotel. What a lovely staff member and nice hotel
This is our 3rd night here so far , staff have been very helpful especially Tina who bent over backwards to accommodate our needs as our housing who booked the accommodation had messed up big time! So a big thank you to Tina . Rooms very clean and tidy bed very comfortable and cool room ( which I prefer) . Food in the restaurant next door has been very nice , slightly under staffed but met our needs adequately, overall so far so good , well done team .
A pretty good price for a convenient place to stay. It's a nicely presented cheap hotel, with free parking and good location. The downside would be that the walls and floors are very thin - you can hear people walking about, using taps or showering. So I'd recommend bringing ear plugs.
Hotel is lovely a clean. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Great customer service. Only disappointment was we couldn’t have the cooked breakfast because the chef was ill but we had continental which was plentiful and they refunded us the different in price. Would definitely stay again.
I love coming here with my family, as it brings back nostalgic memories of living around here. Lovely rooms and staff who will always welcome us. I would love to thank the kind gentleman who helped me with my heavy suitcases aswell. Lovely place to take family and kids as the noise level is always low so you don't have to worry about getting your sleep in.
Really good hotel, stayed here when i came back to harlow to visit some family and friends. Really clean hotel with comfortable beds, the only complaint I had is that the only time I saw a member of staff was when I was checking in. Rang the buzzer a few times at reception and no one answered, not really that concerned as I was just enquiring about something that wasnt really important but still, even when I left the hotel for the day and came back I never saw a single member of staff other than the housekeeping team who were really nice and friendly. Would stay here again.
Clean and well kept room. Staff at front desk very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast time was bit hectic as there were a lot of guests and not enough cooked food on the bar. People then had to wait in a queue. Nothing new for the Brits to waiting in a queue
