Situated on a main road (20mph) so easy to find and could park in front (5 spaces). Nice and clean. Friendly people, reasonable breakfast. I'd return if I needed somewhere to stay in Surbiton.
I recently visited Warwick lodge for my 3 days stay. It was a very homely feeling as everyone treats you so well and they are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and location has very good accessibility to good restaurants we well as bus station.
The Warwick Lodge Hotel in Surbiton is just what we are after. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and excellent staff – especially Frances who welcomed us.
Helpful staff, handy location. Room decor is a little old but all serviceable. Good TV. Near the road but had double and secondary glazing so little road noise. Some noise from other people staying.
Functional clean place to put your head down, tea and coffee making need to put more milks and tea and coffee in each room. Lady nice no breakfast. Ok

Lovely place. I stayed in room 20 with an on-suite. It was clean, tidy, and in good order. Limited parking though. Receptionist was really nice and extremely helpful.
Lovely staff. Lovely very clean room. Lovely full English breakfast. Free parking. The owners were so kind and friendly. It was perfect for our overnight stay when we went to Hampton Court Flower Show.
Excellent value for money. Hotel manager Sabina is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I prefer it to Premier Inn, because unlike P Inn, this hotel is run by people that care. Very clean too.
Very basic but clean and suited what we wanted for just 2 nights. Bathroom door very squeaky needed oiling but everything else was fine. Would stay again as my son lives 10 min walk away so ideal for us when visiting
