“Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)”

“Just brought my hamster from there and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The staff made the process very easy for me as they were open and welcoming. The hamster is healthy and active - he seems very used to people and is quite calm despite his first day here. This shows how responsible and caring the staff is. I will definitely be a frequent customer. :)”

“Boarded my two shy cats here, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I was initially nervous because my cats are sensitive to strangers and have delicate stomachs, but the team went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. They carefully followed my feeding instructions, promptly replied to all my emails, and provided regular updates on how my cats were doing. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly put my mind at ease. A huge thank you for taking such great care of them!”

A little nervous as first time dog owner taking our precious Bella to the groomer and not sure how she would react, we were pleasantly surprised to see Bella run into the groomers super excited and happy to stay. “Such a great dog groomers. They are so kind to the dogs and always listen to what you want. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve picked up our dog. We once had to go to another groomers as we were away and it was so hot we had to get him cut. When we picked up our dog he was crying/whimpering when he saw us. Picked him up from Muddy Paws today and he is so happy. Having a groom isn’t his favourite thing to do but for him to come out so happy and relaxed is a testament to how great they are with him.”

“My pets have had the pleasure of having Victoria look after them on several occasions now over the past couple of years. These have always been home visits while I've been away, and I've had great communication with Victoria before I go away and during my time away, letting me know of any issues, or just keeping me updated on their activities. I would highly recommend her services, which are very reasonably priced!”

In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“Just had an excellent meal from Tasty Bite on Surbiton Road. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delivered quickly. I've tried their peri-peri grilled chicken with coloured rice , and they've both been fantastic. The staff is always friendly and generous especially (Hamidi), and it's a great spot for a delicious takeaway. They are open until 1:00 am. Highly recommend!"”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Tolworth! The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. What pleasantly surprised me was the food — everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The breakfast was especially good, with plenty of options to choose from and great coffee to start the day. The location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended”

“This review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.”
