“Been going to this vets for nearly two years and they are brilliant, warm and welcoming. I’ve had to come here for the bad and the good. Treated with compassion and kindness when having to put down my cat back in January which I cannot thank this practice enough. 6 months later I come back with my new addition and he had the best introduction to the vets! I love that the waiting area has been thoughtfully split into cats and dogs to avoid any unwanted stress. Thank you so much to everyone at New Malden vets!”

“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

“An amazing service to have on our doorstep. So lucky to have such a knowledgeable exotic vet so local. We are incredibly greatful for the quick availability during an emergency. Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars. “Dani - the groomer has a lovely calm empathetic demeanour. I was really impressed with her and how she treated my 13 year old Foster dog. I believe she is moving to another branch soon. Definitely New Malden’s loss. Thank you Dani, you went above and beyond to make sure Benji was calm and comfortable. I’d definitely travel to the next branch and ask for her personally for Benji’s next groom.”

“I left this pharmacy several years back due to poor services. I moved to Pharmacy 2 you. After the Pandemic, I had several circumstances (due to recurrent UTI, Prostate Cancer) etc. I needed medication immediately, hence moved to Day Lewis, reluctantly. I saw the environment has changed and that the new team were very pleasant and active. Over the period, I found that the Manager Kashif and the team (Milie and Saruja plus) were very helpful and supportive to the patients. Medicines were delivered on time and the advise and support for elderly were excellent. Telephone calls of additional Services, Emails reminders to the patients were helpful. As a 79 year old, I felt comfortable requesting professional advice from Kashif and the team. Well Done guys, Keep it up.”

“Amazing service by ADC. Got driveway and patio pressure washed and applied treatment to clean the algae built up from last 15 years. Also re sanded and applied sealant to the driveway. Here are pictures of Before and After photo.”

“Kelly has been looking after my bunnies for almost 3 years. She is absolutely amazing, caring for the animals, always takes time to give you the best advice, to make sure your bunnies are happy. i couldn't recommend her enough, you can leave your animals in her care and have zero worries. She deals with a lot and is a very hard worker. She absolutely loves and care for animals, she is a wonderful person with a big heart. I would not hesitate to contact her. “First visit with my kittens. So far, so good. No nonsense I was prescribed medicines right away. Let s see how it gets on... Vet seemed pretty confident too *update* I moved out of the area and miss this vet so much. After a year of ongoing issues, the vet was able to do tests and solve their health issue! She was very honest and helpful throughout, showing clear care for my kitties and my wallet! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“Rooms very basic but clean - all we needed. Long as our rooms were clean we were happy as was just to get our heads down for the night. Breakfast was lovely and in an open kitchen where you can see the food being prepared and cooked - LOVED this! Cosy seating area for breakfast, there was 5 of us so we took over a little but the hosts / staff honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we would definitely use again if in the area. Thank you everyone! Highly recommended!”

“Friendly staff, good range of products for a smaller Boots. Went in for a flu jab and thanks to Felix it was quick, easy, and painless. While waiting for my appointment saw an elderly couple come in to buy some medicine and Ted who was serving them was absolutely incredible, came round from the till to help them put away the change and products and I was so impressed with how kind he was I had to write a review immediately so asked him his name. Both Felix and Ted are an example of what great customer service is.”
