Me and my sister went to Boots New Malden many times. We also went today 24/11/25 around 12:45PM. There is a lady with dark hair that is extremely rude and unprofessional EVERY SINGLE TIME. I understand not all the people have good intentions, but you CANNOT treat us like pickpockets. She has discriminatory behaviour and is passive aggressive towards the customers. She was following me around the shop. You should train your staff better, that is certain. You must have CCTV, please make sure you use that before treating your customers poorly. Not everyone steals.

Place never opens when it says it will. Go there for 15 minutes past opening and it’s never open. Staff are always late. Can’t seem to keep to the time which is stated online …… wasting everyone’s time.

Friendly staff, good range of products for a smaller Boots. Went in for a flu jab and thanks to Felix it was quick, easy, and painless. While waiting for my appointment saw an elderly couple come in to buy some medicine and Ted who was serving them was absolutely incredible, came round from the till to help them put away the change and products and I was so impressed with how kind he was I had to write a review immediately so asked him his name. Both Felix and Ted are an example of what great customer service is.

The worst experience ever- went to see the pharmacist for my 6yo daughter as I was told to pick her up from school as she was unwell with bad headaches, blocked up nose, felling sick and not being able to focus at school. I asked the staff to see the pharmacist but I was told that he was BUSY and will pass the message to him even though I told the staff that I want to see him in person because I need a consultation. She went to speak to him and she came back saying that I need to go to A&E. I didn't even see the pharmacist at all they advised me without even giving me a consultation. I used to get my medication from there but I will not be visiting that store anymore at all. I will advise everyone I know to go to a different store as we dint go the just because we are bored at home but to seek help. Everyone Avoid that place…..

Where I always pick up my repeat prescriptions, never any problems with the service. But in there the other day, the alarm went off just before I left, down to the guy in front. No security at Boots, went around the corner, there he was sorting out all the stuff he'd stolen! About time they had some security in Boots!

The store is basic. The staff, especially one lady in particular racially profiles people. If you are Black, she will follow you and watch you. They think they are being discrete, but it is very obvious. She will leave whatever it is she doing, leave everyone else in the store to follow the one Black person in the store. Very bad discriminatory service. They need to give the staff training. And come into the 21st century with their racist mindset. Stay clear. The service is horrible.

Boots the retail shop is great for general shopping but I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy to get you perscriptions filled. My prescription was with them for two weeks, waiting for one item on order. Went to collect my perscription and had to wait 45 minutes for it to be made up. While I waited four other people asked for their perscription only to be informed they would need to come back as their pills had to be ordered and boots were expecting a delivery that day. Going to have my future perscriptions sent to a different chemist.

Disgusting service by the pharmacy technician Beata! No greetings no welcome, just a sour face and ask with a very patronising tone, why do I want to speak to the pharmacist ? Telling me to come back, despite it’s just for one item and there is no queue. Extremely bad service !

Very good store. This branch has been there years and you can see why. The staff are very helpful stock levels are brilliant and if you can't find an item the staff help you locate it. A little bit of wasted space here but every store seems to have this.
