   The most disrespectful and weird experience I have ever had in a pharmacy. I walked in for the first time and asked for an OTC medication, while standing beside the medication I was requesting, the male pharmacist lies to my face that they don't have it in stock. I then point to it buffudled that a grown man would act that way to a customer, to which he proceeds to say 'we don't have that dosage', I never specified a dosage, I asked for an OTC medication I met the criteria and age for. Then the female member of staff starts to walk around randomly wasting my time while the man went to the back. After 5 minutes in an empty pharmacy and having to cut through nonsense I finally get the medication I requested. But they weren't done yet, the female member of staff then tries to gaslight me that it was 'procedure'. No, you don't lie that you don't have a medication in stock as that ends any enquiry into your eligibility (they didn't even ask for ID). Both men and the women barrage me with disrespectful lies and gaslighting before I make my way out never to come back. Being profiled walking into a shop is something I've never experienced before, let alone a pharmacy. Imagine if someone with a mental disability was in my place and seeking medical help, they would have lied and sent him to walk in the cold to the next pharmacy. Disgusting conduct and all around a really weird and worrying experience that these people are in a profession they have no business being in. To put on that charade and then have all the staff join in and think that's an acceptable way to treat a customer in a health-care setting is repugnant. No wonder the recent reviews are so appalling, I'm giving you money for a product I need for health reasons and you decide to lie to my face and then not just double but triple down even after I've been handed it? I'll be contacting PALS so they're aware that a pharmacy thinks its permissible to conduct business like that. A pharmacist lying that a medication 2 feet away from me in eye view is out of stock and then displaying very odd behavior that I wouldn't want anywhere medications I'm ingesting. Seeing other reviews mentioning the lying, gaslighting and disrespect tells you enough.

   We have been using this pharmacy now for sever years since we registered with Holmwood Corner Surgery. Their services have improved a lot over the last 2-3 years after the pandemic. Staff are always helpful. Have received great advice and care from the pharmacist. I like their app, it makes ordering repeat prescriptions much earlier than before with the surgery itself. Thank you!

   I left this pharmacy several years back due to poor services. I moved to Pharmacy 2 you. After the Pandemic, I had several circumstances (due to recurrent UTI, Prostate Cancer) etc. I needed medication immediately, hence moved to Day Lewis, reluctantly. I saw the environment has changed and that the new team were very pleasant and active. Over the period, I found that the Manager Kashif and the team (Milie and Saruja plus) were very helpful and supportive to the patients. Medicines were delivered on time and the advise and support for elderly were excellent. Telephone calls of additional Services, Emails reminders to the patients were helpful. As a 79 year old, I felt comfortable requesting professional advice from Kashif and the team. Well Done guys, Keep it up.

   Ms. Setareh at Day Lewis Pharmacy in New Malden is truly outstanding! She’s always welcoming, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is taken care of. She even remembers my name, and when I can’t collect my medication myself, she asks whoever I send how I’m doing – it’s amazing how she remembers so many customers. Day Lewis Pharmacy is lucky to have her – she genuinely deserves recognition as an exceptional employee!

   most of the time the staffs at Day Lewis is friendly and helpful until I came across this particular female staff (wear spectacles attached to a chain )I have been collecting my repeat medication all the while until I met this woman who told me bluntly that is another way to do so ? She was not a pharmacist but acted like one. She literally has no manners called loudly to me 'Lam ' what is the address. I could not believe what I am hearing is this the way she addressed customers .

   Very disappointed. Closed on a Saturday not everyone can make it during a weekday. Never heard of a pharmacy shutting on a Saturday

   Sorry no stars ✨️...this is the WORST chemist I ever been in the STAFF ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL...the outside DIRTY and inside DIRTY AND OLD and they never get a PRESCRIPTION RIGHT AND WHEN THEY DO IT WRONG

   I'd have given them zero stars. Firstly, I am exempt from wearing a mask, and so as soon as I opened the door, I was barked at to wait outside when I said I was exempt from wearing a mask. I stood there for a good few mins before the same person came to the door and asked what I wanted. I asked for some headache tablets and was again barked at that I have to wear a mask. So I said, you are breaching the disability act and why did you tell me to wait outside if you had no intention of serving me? She closed the door on me and stormed off. If you're exempt from wearing a mask because like me you have disabilities, don't come to this pharmacy...I walked away empty handed and promptly wrote this review. Not ok to treat customers like that.

   Closes at 1 pm on a Saturday not good and shut all day Sunday very poor should be open at the weekend
