The 2 technicians Jamie and Kasun were brilliant and worked like a well oiled machine together (pardon the pun). I received a call from Roy the branch manager to update me and what I required for the car to pass the MOT. I signed off on the work to be done and was picking up the car by 5:30pm that evening. What an absolutely superb experience from the boys at Halfords Autocentre. Roy and his team were courteous, friendly and professional on all contacts. Well done to the team and this gave me so much confidence that I am booked in for a full service next week. Cheers fellas.”

“We came across this outfit in the The Homebuilding & Renovation show last year and got in touch with their Surrey branch for a new kitchen and utility room (design & supply Schuller and Keller units with worktops and splash backs) From day 1 designer Enza has been excellent with her attention to details, the willingness to help and accommodate all my own sourced appliances, sinks, taps etc, plus her constructive advice to my fitters. Units arrived on time and although there was a minor hiccups from Schuller, Enza managed to speak to the supplier and resolved the problem almost immediately by sending out replacements by express delivery. All-in-all, a great service and brilliant to work with.”

This used to be my main pharmacy years ago, so I knew Mum well! but I then moved jobs and my GP surgery changed. I'm so glad to be back with PSM. It all went very smoothly; Darpan did everything for me and it's all switched over really easily. PSM has always been so friendly and helpful and that hasn't changed whilst I've been away. Almost looking forward to getting my flu jab now so I can go in and say hello!! :D”

“My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...”

“Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.”
