   The team at SNS, particularly Hamid, was incredibly professional and friendly. They provided such personalised and wonderful service that really impressed me. In addition, their stereo units are top-notch and highly advanced and elegantly designed. The team were also incredibly knowledgeable and demonstrated a deep understanding of everything - from start to finish. I am absolutely pleased with the unit installed in my VW Scirocco. I cannot recommend SNS highly enough, along with their fantastic range of products. A massive thanks to the team!

   5 star service 100% Am so happy with my Apple car play I had installed! We were welcomed at the door and were told exactly what was going to be done and how long it was going to take. The communication before taking my car to them was excellent and plenty of confirmation was there as well. When it was finished the same gentlemen that welcomed us at the door came down and explained exactly what had been done and how everything worked as well. They made sure that we were happy with what was being paid for. I would definitely recommend them

   I rarely write reviews but felt it a must-do on this occasson. My family and I have been using James and his team at SatNav Systems for over 10 years for OEM afterfit and upgrades over a range of VW vehicles. They specialise only in VW Group cars, not all of the German cars. I have just picked-up my VW Transporter T32/T6 conversion from them. Works were: Detachable towbar; stereo upgrade / android auto enabling / VW Connect App; reversing camera and parking sensors; plus hard-wired cabling for a dash cam. The works are exellent - all seamlessly integrated and working perfectly. Communication was great - you speak with a single person and they talk you through the pros and cons of what you want and help you decide the best option (even if lesser cost to them!). I was kept in the loop during the works with videos of the work and also some youtube stuff to help me understand the new tech, plus I got a detailed walk-through of all of the works before I left their offices. They also diagnosed an infotainment touch screen fault that I forgot to mention - they didn't just leave it there. James called me and we found a good solution, and they resolved that issue for me as well. Thank you James and thank you SNS Team - really, really appreciate your communication, efforts and professionalism. I will see you again.

   My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...

   Great service from initial inquiry using VIN number to installation. Upgrade of OEM front sensors, which has linked the existing rears and enabled on screen visualisation as though it’s just stepped out the factory and option selected, you really can’t tell they were only just fitted and weren’t on the car from new, as they use all OEM parts which was important to me. Also added smartphone interface which gives car play etc… all to a 9 year old Audi. It really has modernised the car. James’s attention to detail was just how I like it confirming different options etc… and response times were great. On the day of install for car play and the front sensors all colour coded and including the all important “P” button in the car was c2 hours with a very comfortable seating area with WiFi while you wait. Will not hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you James and team for a great service.

   I needed some vehicle diagnostic work carried out on my T6 and found SatNav systems. My email was replied to very fast and invited me round. When I arrived I was greeted by a polite female member of staff and then introduced to Hamid who was super friendly and ever so helpful. SatNav systems got me on my way so fast I’m ever so grateful.    Satnav screen on my 2016 Tiguan was not fully responding. Filled in the online request form and received a very quick response explaining they understood the issue and that it could be fully repaired. Booked car in an drove to their repair centre the next day. Hamid was very helpful explained the repair procedure and the costs. He said the car would be ready in two hours. He also directed us to the local town and recommended where we could grab some lunch. On the return Hamid explained how the new upgraded satnav worked and even helped program in radio stations etc. Great service and better value than going through main dealer. Thanks again.

   Satnav Systems UK Ltd is a Reputable Outlet with vast experience on VW in car entertainment system. My VW Passat RNS 510 head unit became unresponsive, not only was the problem competently diagnosed, defective motherboard was replaced, software and latest road map upgrade. The unit played much better with clarity and ambience well suited for the vehicle. It is good to see an outlet that seeks an environmentally friendly approach by only replacing defective parts rather than deposing off units. SS UK Ltd is a flagship for other outlets to follow and definately recommend a visit you will be pleased and delighted

   Hamid was extremely friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable, and the experience was excellent. It was quite a drive for me to get there, but totally worth it and I would completely recommend. I had a faulty entertainment system on my VW Golf that the dealership had quoted an extortionate amount to fix, as they needed to replace the whole unit. However, Sat Nav systems were able to replace only a part of the unit, making it much cheaper. The communication was professional and very helpful.

We discussed the practicality of shipping my unit from the USA to the United Kingdom. It only took (12) days from the time I removed the unit till it was reinstalled. Hamid kept in contact me throughout the whole process. Once, you’ve contacted SATNAV Systems, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. SATNAV Systems is the RIGHT company for your needs!
