Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a garage. As a woman it can be intimidating to go into a car garage, especially as I know next to nothing about cars. After a recent bad experience at another car garage, I dropped my Mercedes into Hampton Motors for a service and Adam and the team really took care of me and took the time to explain everything to me. I live 2 hours away from the garage but I'm so glad I made the trip and will continue to go to them whenever I need my car serviced or repaired. Thanks!
Thoroughly professional motor engineers. We needed some work completed on our Toyota. A quote was provided very quickly and Hampton Motor Company booked it in. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was ready for collection by mid-afternoon same day. Could not have had a better experience. Thanks guys for your friendly and polite approach. We will be back with any future work on our cars and would recommend to friends and family.
Overpriced and not transparent with the charges. I have agreed for the health check and asked for a quote for doing work if any faults were found. However, the garage send me a delayed invoice with unreasonable prices . It would have been more transparent if Hampton Motors put forward the invoice for the health check first and then a separate fixed price quote for doing the work. Their charge for the car parts was significantly higher then for the top quality parts from Eurocarparts. I have paid three times less at the other garage in Hampton for the same work. Awful communication as well. I would never use this garage again.
Booked my BMW X5 in for an mot and a tyre change. Excellent service and very professional. Adam was extremely helpful and transparent about the cost for the tyre change so there were no surprises when the invoice came through. The team explained the details of the mot, any considerations for the future. I am 100% going to book it in again for the front tyres in a few months
I brought in my AUDI for a routine service and an inspection due to some unusual noise. The guys were very professional and available to explain the findings. At the end they issued a full report of the service/inspection highlighting the potential areas of concern, detailing actions to take and timescale. Everything cost me 25% less than the standard inspection at AUDI. I'll go back for sure
