They washed my car before returning it to me.    Please read this before allowing your insurance company to send your vehicle here. Fix Auto were instructed to repaint part of my vehicle. When i picked the vehicle up i immediately noticed areas that were poorly finished, then i noticed screws missing from the rear bumper. After I received the vehicle back I noticed major defects in the paint. They had lacquered over dirt in the paint and attempted to sand it out. Not just small particles but large areas. Nearly every panel they painted had a defect. They also resurfaced my rear bumper, but were too lazy to take the parking sensors out first and resurfaced those also leaving them faulty. There was also overspray on the rear lights. I've received no apology from the company or explanation despite asking several times for one. They were also instructed to replace a spare wheel which they did but with a used part. These people cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Avoid at all costs!!!

   Great company to deal with. My car was damaged when a car I was going past opened their door. Took off the wing mirror, damaged the front and rear passenger doors and took off the door handle. Spoke to my insurer (Admiral) who advised this was their authorised repair local to me. Accident was on Thursday 1pm and insurance informed within 15mins. Fix Auto called Friday morning to ask for photos to check extent of damage and communicate with the insurance company. Monday morning got a call and car was booked in for collection or delivery on Wednesday. As they open at 07:30 meant I could drop off on my way to work. Quickly turned around on collection and got a nearly brand new courtesy car. I estimated it would take 4 days to fix and got a call on Monday afternoon to collect. Damage was invisible, car immaculate - was cleaner than when I bought this car second hand from a dealer who had done full deep clean. Even the boot was spotless and got all the cat fur off, from our cat who goes on holiday with us! From contact to get photos to collecting the car took under 10 days and under 5 days (4 if discount Sunday) for the repair. Amazing work ethic, super friendly staff, amazing communication - each call if missed was followed by a text to say what they called about, rapid phone responses. So glad Admiral use them and wouldn't hesitate to use them as a private customer.

   Excellent service from Fix Autos. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff throughout repair journey. Extensive nearside bodywork following no-fault bus impact in heavy traffic. Vehicle collected and returned with courtesy (thank you, Tony and Steve). The whole job took just a few days. Thank you, Fix Autos. The car has never been as clean since it was new! Recommended.

   My insurance company booked this garage to fix my car damaged after I was rear ended. Genuinely the nicest bunch of staff I have been in contact with at an auto shop.    Fix auto Mitcham was selected by my insurance company to repair damage to my car after a minor incident. Mark at Fix Auto contacted me the following day to book my car in. On the morning I recieved a timely notification of pick up and a couple of days later, received a call to confirm the repairs to be carried out. Within a week of collection, my car was repaired and returned to me in good order. The work carried out was to a high standard and the staff dealt with were all friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Mark, Cliff and Jason. You are a credit to your company.

   With the exception of Mark and Chris, staff here have been rude/patronising towards me on most of my encounters. I can't believe staff would mock my car within my earshot. It's a shame that places still treat women as if they don't know anything a about their cars, I had to fight to prove they hadn't repaired the light properly! Will not use again. I would recommend anywhere else.

   Had my rear bumper on my Mercedes repaired and wow the car looked new again. The staff were excellent and kept me updated through the whole process, customer service which i can confidently say is second to none.    Overall, I'm very happy with the repair to my car. It looks to have been done to a high standard and makes the rest of the car old...lol only one minor issue was that the passenger interior door handle didn't work after I'd got the car back, but after a phone call and a quick trip to their workshop, it was as good as new again. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their customer care after the car had been handed back. I would definitely recommend.
