Ordered a rear wiper and sent the correct box with a completely wrong wiper in. The returns policy states that if the packaging is damaged on return you will be charged £10, more than I paid for the wiper. Add in the cost if returning the item in bulky packaging to try and protect it and its safer to just write my cash off on the mis-sold item. Not happy, I'd advise go to a shop, at least you can return it yourself and even look at v the item before purchase. Fast delivery though. They replaced the wiper free and didn't want the other one back. Thank you

Ii Purchased a set of Bosch wipers for sons Suzuki Swift, the drivers side for some unknown reason fell apart. Contacted windscreen wipers direct who without any issue replaced the defective wiper blade. It even arrived the following day. Excellent serviced received. Thankyou
