I recently had an MOT test at Autotech Warlingham with Daniel K. Krawczyk and was extremely disappointed with the service. My vehicle was failed for issues that were either incorrect or unjustified. The tester failed my car for a non-functional number plate light, despite the plate being fully illuminated at night, as confirmed by another MOT center where my car passed without issue. Additionally, I was told my windscreen washer was providing ‘insufficient washer fluid,’ even though it was working perfectly—there was simply no attempt to top it up for the test. Lastly, the headlamp aim was marked as too low, which was also deemed acceptable at the second MOT center. When I tried to call and discuss these issues, the tester swore at me in Polish and hang up, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. It’s frustrating to feel that unnecessary failures were added, potentially costing me time and money for no valid reason, and to be treated so disrespectfully on top of that. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this garage for MOT tests due to their lack of accuracy, fairness, and professionalism.
We have been bringing cars to Daniel at Autotech Warlingham for servicing, MOTs and ad hoc repairs for years. He is always careful and accurate with his fault investigation and diagnosis, and is helpful and honest when recommending the most economic way to carry out repairs or resolve faults. Lovely gentleman. Highly recommended.

I use Daniel all the time for my MOT’s but just recently I took my elderly neighbours car to him for a leaky steering rack, Daniel is such a helpful, genuine Guy and gets pleasure from helping relieve the stress of a car with problems for his customers. He turned the job around very quickly and at a very reasonable price. To say that my neighbour was impressed would be an understatement, he will now be using Daniel all the time for his car issues. Top marks for Autotech for helpfulness, honesty, price and out and out top service.

Daniel from Autotec has been looking after my 2 cars for 5 maybe 6 years starting with MOT through to servicing, tires replacement and post collision repairs. I have always been very pleased with the repairs, the timely manner they were done in and the professional approach. I have always been told what needed fixing, what parts were ordered and at what cost. Even after I relocated I choose to drive 55mns each way for the car to be looked after by Daniel. Highly recommended
Daniel at Autotech has helped me keep my ageing (1992) Audi 100 roadworthy and safe these last few years. He’s gone out of his way to source parts (now scarce for an older car) and is always happy to advise on how to keep her running. Great service and at a fair price.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS I choose to use this garage based on the reviews however, I CANNOT see how any of these reviews are TRUE...! I needed repairs for my car (2 track rod ends) after the MOT and came away feeling ripped off. The work was not done within the time frame we agreed (+1 day) on a 2-hour job. And when I came to pick the car (which was just being finished) I had to then tell the mechanic to refit the wheel hubs... All in all a very unprofessional garage with skills to match...
