I brought my car to Sendon Garage for the first time for a full service and MOT. I usually go to Halfords, but never again. I will be supporting my local garage from now on. The staff were professional from start to finish, professionalism at its best. Price affordable, was also given advice which was fully appreciated. Sendon is definitely my number one garage! This year I went to Sendon for the MOT test, it was easy to book and on the day everything was done within an hour. Its always good to support local garages that are honest with you and trustworthy.
Booked an MOT at the last minute as I usually take my car to a garage back by my parents but didn't have time. Found the place because of such positive google reviews and I can confirm they are true. Great customer service and transparent. Took an hour maximum, and they stuck a parking permit in my car whilst waiting for me to come collect it. We are all clueless about cars and can easily get ripped off, but finally didn't feel like I was ripped off for the first time in a number of years. Will be back next year.
Cannot recommend Sendon enough to anyone in need of a genuine, fair, transparent mechanic. Will be recommending Sendon to everyone I know and be using them exclusively from today forward.
I've been getting my MOT and servicing here for the last few years and the work is always great as is the team. Super transparent with everything. (I also never feel intimidated coming here as a woman)
Highly recommend Sendon Garage. Prices are reasonable, and very friendly staff. I have a Mini and had some problems with my clutch and engine which they fixed and had it in working condition in no time. They also replaced my sports light bulb without charging me which was very kind of them! I took it back to the garage later in the year for an MOT. They completed the diagnosis within an hour and even presented the report in a folder which was a nice touch. Honestly can't thank them enough! I recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Fantastic garage with a friendly and professional team who will go above and beyond to make sure you get back on the road quickly. They visited us to diagnose an electrical fault with our handbrake and arranged a swift repair, as well as the MOT we had actually planned for. Reasonably priced and fantastic service - highly recommend!
