    Me and my husband went in to this store to buy some halal chicken we were planning to cook on a BBQ later in the day. The chicken we purchased was pre packed and marinated, with the butcher offering it to us. We ended up cooking the chicken in the oven later that day as it wasn't warm enough for a BBQ. Luckily, this meant we could smell the chicken was off when we started cooking it. We were very annoyed as we had only just purchased it that day and I am heavily pregnant. It is dangerous and irresponsible to sell gone off meat anyway, let alone to a pregnant women. This butcher is to be avoided!

    It’s a good supermarket, but I feel like they have exactly the same things as the supermarkets next to them. Nothing special, they could’ve added more traditional products which aren’t available in tolworth, things that I have to travel to new Malden, or other Turkish supermarkets to get.

From the conversation I had with the owners I understood that this is a great supermarket with many options of products from all cultural backgrounds. The market also looks very clean and looked after which is an attractive addition to Tolworth.
