Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. “I saw a Dr that gave me first lot of antibiotics for a chest infection that I had when back after 5 days put on a nuther lot of antibiotics when to see a Dr for my LD check up and I sed to her do I need ennytink for it she no it will go on it own even though I have amsa and I when to see a nother Dr a threw days after and that Dr put me on an amsa pump and I also think it is very bad sending away very sick children even though sometimes we are late cos some people live far and if they get sent by 111 then u should see the very ill children and babies and disabled people like me it very bad to see all those posts that people have put and the people who answers phones should be very friendly and not rude even if u had a bad day don't take it out on outhers”

As first-time parents, we were naturally anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Khan and the entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and done with great care. We were allowed to be present and comfort our baby immediately afterward. The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us. She was sure to check in on sensitivity to avoid discomfort and was quick to act in the areas that are usually the most uncomfortable. Dental assistant Faye was excellent too - wielding excellent control with the suction (have had so many people go wild with this so it was great she was so careful).
