We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)”

“I saw a Dr that gave me first lot of antibiotics for a chest infection that I had when back after 5 days put on a nuther lot of antibiotics when to see a Dr for my LD check up and I sed to her do I need ennytink for it she no it will go on it own even though I have amsa and I when to see a nother Dr a threw days after and that Dr put me on an amsa pump and I also think it is very bad sending away very sick children even though sometimes we are late cos some people live far and if they get sent by 111 then u should see the very ill children and babies and disabled people like me it very bad to see all those posts that people have put and the people who answers phones should be very friendly and not rude even if u had a bad day don't take it out on outhers”

This used to be my main pharmacy years ago, so I knew Mum well! but I then moved jobs and my GP surgery changed. I'm so glad to be back with PSM. It all went very smoothly; Darpan did everything for me and it's all switched over really easily. PSM has always been so friendly and helpful and that hasn't changed whilst I've been away. The procedure itself was quick and done with great care. We were allowed to be present and comfort our baby immediately afterward. The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us. We would definitely recommend this clinic to other parents considering circumcision for their child.”
