   I can't praise Confidental highly enough. Staff are lovely the team of dentists are wonderful and do fantastic work. Thank you THEEPA for restoring my smile and being so gentle. Had teeth whitening and a couple of white fillings in my bottom front teeth. THEEPA did an amazing job. You cannot see the fillings at all. I was so delighted I gave THEEPA a big hug. Thank you so much. You did a Fantastic job.

   Dr Stevie, thanks for today. For sorting my tooth, for your patience and calm. As a nervous patient, I should also mention that Harpal, the dental nurse was brilliant. So much empathy as I squeezed the life out of her hand. Whilst an extraction cannot be considered enjoyable, this team certainly took away much of the anxiety.

   My family have been clients of the surgery for many years and are very happy with the service we get - the reception team are friendly and helpful, the dentist (we see Tariq) and nurses are brilliant with our care explaining in detail changes to our teeth and any treatments needed and also keeping my youngest daughter calm as she is an anxious patient. The hygienist is also very thorough. My eldest daughter has just finished her orthodontic treatment, and Cleo done an absolutely fantastic job completely changing her smile; what once was a shy child not wanting to show her teeth or to be in photos has now changed into a confident young lady who is smiling and laughing more. I would fully recommend this practice to anyone considering signing up. Thank you to all the staff who make Confidental Surbiton a great clinic to visit!

   My wife attended Confidential, Surbiton on 21st July. We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water. Thank you so much Violet and well done! Michael and Jacqui Smith

   I called Confidental in Surbiton for an Emergency appointment at 08:30 on a Monday morning. Spoke with Claire who was able to juggle things around and fitted me in at 10am. When I arrived the surgery was really busy but Claire was calm and dealt with all the patients politely and professionally, I was seen quickly and was very happy with the outcome. Claire booked some future appointments for me and I was very happy and would recommend. Thanks.

   I am absolutely petrified of dentists, and I have avoided them for many many years. I eventually gave in to pain and attended ConfiDental after reading the other positive reviews. Dr Jamal Al-Saedi and assistants have been calming, professional and very pleased with his treatment. It’s without doubt the most comfortable I’ve been sitting in that chair, so much so I’ve scheduled a future check-up for the first time! Thank you.

   The receptionist Sarah was outstanding, I appreciated her excellent telephone manner as she replied to calls, and she dealt very well with elderly patients in person. My dentist, Steven, was pleasant and efficient. The hygienist was very polite, but I found the cleaning somewhat stressful and flinched often.

   I’ve been at this practice my entire life and I’ve never had a bad word to say about it. I had Invisaligns done by Stephen a couple of years ago and have recently gone back to him for a check up, composite bonding and soon to have a wisdom tooth removed…! I can’t fault Stephen - an absolute perfectionist who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Stephen is very thorough in explaining things and ensures his patients are happy with treatment results. The receptionists are all so lovely too!! A really, really nice practice :)
