We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! As first-time parents, we were naturally anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Khan and the entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and done with great care. We were allowed to be present and comfort our baby immediately afterward. The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us. “I saw a Dr that gave me first lot of antibiotics for a chest infection that I had when back after 5 days put on a nuther lot of antibiotics when to see a Dr for my LD check up and I sed to her do I need ennytink for it she no it will go on it own even though I have amsa and I when to see a nother Dr a threw days after and that Dr put me on an amsa pump and I also think it is very bad sending away very sick children even though sometimes we are late cos some people live far and if they get sent by 111 then u should see the very ill children and babies and disabled people like me it very bad to see all those posts that people have put and the people who answers phones should be very friendly and not rude even if u had a bad day don't take it out on outhers”

“So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.”
