I have been attending the podiatrists at Surbiton health centre for nigh on 17 years. Although I’m sure they if sick if seeing me I have to say over the years the whole team is incredible. Caring, knowledgeable and professional to say the least. Thank you team. You do the NHS proud
Really difficult to park here, they need a bigger car park. Reception staff were unfriendly and looked annoyed all the time. Was seen quickly for my X-Ray but refused any images of it for my doctor, only a report was provided. Unhelpful.
Today I had an appointment with physiotherapist “TOM” What a best Dr he is so humble polite , great listener and really assessed me to the best level he can. Also upon request he book me for the next appointment that motivated me putting more trust in him and the exercise he advised me. Thank you lovely team and DR Tom.
I saw a Dr that gave me first lot of antibiotics for a chest infection that I had when back after 5 days put on a nuther lot of antibiotics when to see a Dr for my LD check up and I sed to her do I need ennytink for it she no it will go on it own even though I have amsa and I when to see a nother Dr a threw days after and that Dr put me on an amsa pump and I also think it is very bad sending away very sick children even though sometimes we are late cos some people live far and if they get sent by 111 then u should see the very ill children and babies and disabled people like me it very bad to see all those posts that people have put and the people who answers phones should be very friendly and not rude even if u had a bad day don't take it out on outhers
The health Centre is on the whole a great place, no problems with the x-ray department or physiotherapy. As for Berrylands Surgery I would strongly suggest you never register with them. It used to be a fabulous Surgery until Dr Benton took it over, since then it has gone down hill rapidly.
When we moved into the area we were desperately looking for a good local health centre and must say we are 100% satisfied with our choice. The whole process has been so smoothless thanks to Meg who has been super helpful throughout. Also our GP Phil is very knowledgable. Overall very happy with this surgery !
Excellent health centre. Clean, well designed and cheerful. We need more surgery and health centre like this one. Service is efficient and quality of care is first class. Car park a bit small but spaces opened up quickly so be patient if you cannot find a space right away.
Lovely new health centre. Much better than the old one. Multiple surgeries, mostly friendly staff. Lots of services here. Make sure to remember your registration for the car as you get free parking if you enter it on a computer or tell a receptionist. Kept fairly clean. Nothing to complain about the actual place.
