   I had an excellent experience at The Skin Surgery. The entire team was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr Ben Gauci was highly knowledgeable and took great care to thoroughly explain the laser resurfacing and facial rejuvenation treatment, making sure all my questions were answered and nothing felt rushed. I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatments.

   Had a cyst excision at the clinic and the whole experience was excellent. I submitted an enquiry through their website and received a reply the next day. On the surgery day, the team was attentive and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The aftercare has been great too. Great thanks to Dr. Ben Gauci and Tracy for their professionalism. Just a personal opinion - if you have a cyst and want it to be removed as soon as possible before it gets much bigger, don't waste time with the nhs. I heard some cases that surgery was not offered or can only be arranged after half year or so, but you know... cyst can develop very quickly into double or triple size.

   I recently had a keloid (had it for 2+ years) removal done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the procedure. They constantly checked in on me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The healing is going well so far, and I’m really happy with the results. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come back! Really grateful for the care and professionalism of the team. Highly recommend!
