   The Tolworth Children’s Centre is a wonderful place and has been very helpful for children in the community. From my own experience, when my children were two years old, they struggled with language as they come from an ethnic minority background. The nursery provision for two-year-olds was fantastic and really helped my children to start talking. Now, my child can speak very well, and I’m truly proud of their progress. The centre doesn’t just offer nursery support—they provide a wide range of help and services for children and families. Their work is truly admirable, and I am always thankful for what they do.

   Could not recommend Tolworth Children's Centre enough. The staff here are so warm and friendly, the facilities are great and the classes/support groups are phenomenal! I have a 9 week old baby and have been going weekly since he was 2 weeks old. The breast feeding clinic is amazing, Maxine and Kirsty are brilliant and the advice and guidance they give is incredibly helpful. They take the time to speak to each mum/couple to find out about baby and give help that will actually work for you. The junior jammers session on a Friday is also great, very welcoming and fun for little ones. As a first time Mum I love it here!

   So you need to get your new born vaccinated? And you love somewhere within a 4 mile radius of tolworth? Then this is your centre. If you are driving there, please plan some additional time to find parking. Take your pram with you in case you have to walk a distance from where you parked to the centre. Situated right next to a school is this brilliant children's centre with absolutely amazing staff! We went in for a BCG and it was a breeze once we were inside. The staff was fantastic from welcoming and helping my pregnant wife with carrying the baby seat, guiding us to the waiting room, then the vaccination staff was intelligent and well informed on all things about the vaccine, explained all the potential side effects and how to care for the area that was vaccinated etc. all was done in less than 5 minutes. Wearing layers of baby clothes that are easy to remove and put back on would be ideal. I prefer the zip ones to the buttoned ones.

   The team at Tolworth are fantastic and the messy/soft play on Thursdays is great! I was shocked it was so good as it's 'suggested donation' is only £2.50 where as soft plays are £5+ and there wasn't a huge difference between the two as far as my Son's enjoyment was concerned. The women leading the session were fab also, they spoke to many different parents, gave advice and were very friendly. It was also so refreshing to be around other kids on the spectrum as our Son is and for him to not get judgmental looks or whispers, it was a really nice environment. We will definitely be returning every Thursday, availability permitting of course! Thanks for a lovely session!

   The children centre is wonderful. Staff are friendly, helpful and make the stay and play session very enjoyable. The areas are interestingly set out with good array of resources. Really enjoy going to the centre.
