I was initially nervous because my cats are sensitive to strangers and have delicate stomachs, but the team went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. “We are over the moon. A little nervous as first time dog owner taking our precious Bella to the groomer and not sure how she would react, we were pleasantly surprised to see Bella run into the groomers super excited and happy to stay. “Both my boys, one elderly and lame the other young, naughty and always in scrapes, love Holly and Lola and know exactly when we turn the corner to their road. They could not be better looked after and always come home fitter and more relaxed after their stay. Holly is very aware of the individual needs of the animals in her care and gives each the attention it needs. “This review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.”

“Just brought my hamster from there and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The staff made the process very easy for me as they were open and welcoming.
