   Staff are unhelpful and inept. The person behind the counter even drew attention to the disorganisation of their inventory when attempting to find medication. The system said they had the medication, but apparently the system was often wrong. This was my second attempt to pick up my prescription and I left empty handed 50 hours after the GP had ordered it. I was more embarrassed than I was angry at such a pathetic display of customer service.

   This review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.

   Absolutely appalling behaviour from the pharmacy staff. They loudly broadcast my personal details—full name, date of birth, and address—across the shop like it was some public announcement. I was standing right there at the counter, completely stunned. Whatever happened to basic privacy and professionalism?

   I’ve never really had a problem with Boots before and generally find their prices and offers good, but this particular store seems to have an aversion to technology. The manager refused to accept (or even try and enter into their system) some e-gift cards I had. Apparently it’s their policy to not accept ‘anything from online’ which seems utterly ridiculous in 2023, and were suggesting that I’d need to print off the cards (which is just a card number and PIN on a page) instead. I gave up and left, such a backwards policy is not worth bothering with. The staff were at least polite, to their credit.

   Very disappointed! You have a big store in the greatest area but low-quality service. I really don’t understand why is nobody looking after this store. Where is the store manager? Why you are not checking what is on your shelves? You have Samples but no actual product available! You have promotion discounts information but in the reality no discount! Please see on the attached photos that in your store shown 20%off for a product but no discount on the total bill. When I asked the cashier person why the discount has been not applied she said that is probably Expired! That is soo unprofessional work! Looking forward to hear from Boots store manager !
