   Racist staff here! Just left the store an absolutely shocked by the service I received from Kate who was working on the tills. Before my turn to be served I watched her smile and say good morning to all the white customers. When it was my turn to be served she didn’t say hello. I was purcashing one of those expensive face creams which have a security tag on and don’t come with the bottle inside, she just took the box to the back without explaining what she was doing, leaving me at the till confused. Then came back and just said the total out loud. Very rude, when I asked her if she was ok, she said I’m fine and looked at her colleagues as if to show I’m a crazy person

   Hiba at Boots Tolworth is absolutely brilliant. She’s helped me with so many health concerns that I was struggling to get clear answers for elsewhere, and her advice has always been spot on. You can tell straight away how smart she is, but what makes her special is the way she explains everything so clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after, and it’s rare to meet someone who does that.

   I can’t thank Hiba enough for all the help she’s given me. Time and again, she’s managed to guide me through issues that even my GP couldn’t fully resolve, and she always does so with patience, care, and incredible knowledge. What really makes Hiba stand out is not just how intelligent and skilled she is in her work, but how approachable and genuinely caring she is. You never feel rushed, she takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes such a difference. Boots Tolworth is very lucky to have her.

   Wow! Jenny at the pharmacy was absolutely incredible this evening. My medication that I needed wasn’t in stock. Jenny went above and beyond, calling other local chemists to find stock. Now that’s what I call outstanding customer service! Greatly appreciated how Jenny eased my stress and concern.

   My word, this is a terrible Boots. There's just never anything in there. It's so bizarre. The shelves are consistently about as stocked as an empty box of Oxo. And the staff just look bored (probably from a lack of shelves to stock up).

   Ammmazing inefficiency and timewasting at this boots due to mismanagement. The pharmacist has decided to "go for lunch" at 10.30am on a working day (Monday) and wont be back until 12pm earliest. And prescriptions can't be issued without him! I need the medicines urgently for my family so am waiting here for almost hour and half on a working day where this should have been a 5 min job. Seriously AVOID this boots!

   We had our flu jabs here, what a pleasant experience, the workforce look happy in their work, smiley faces everywhere and the shop is bright, clean and well stocked. A special mention to the young man who did the jabs, he was extremely pleasant and lovely to chat to, many could learn some people skills from him. Thanks
