   My cat has stayed here several times and I do not recommend this place at all. My cat clearly hates it. I find it so strange how the cats are just locked up in a big white box (the room) all day and the only interaction they get is when they’re being fed. The last time cat stayed here, I got the room for my him with the 'kitty cam' which is a room with a live stream you can watch from your phone. My cat looked so bored, was clearly unhappy and only had human interaction once a day. My cat always leaves the cattery feeling much skinnier than he went (he is not a fat cat) which leaves me suspicious they aren’t feeding him enough. After my cat stays here, for a few days after, he can be very aggressive which is unlike him and never happens when i leave him in other places. I believe they don’t treat them well. The owner seemed to be very aggressive with him as he was carrying him in his carrier. One of the owners also mentioned how my cat had scratched him when he was trying to get him into his carrier. My cat never scratches, even people he isn’t familiar with. I saw the scratches on his hand and it was quite a gash. This leads me to believe they aren’t treating the cats well. Will never be leaving my cat here again, and will never recommend to anyone. Please for the sake of your fur baby, never let them stay here.

   Boarded my two shy cats here, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I was initially nervous because my cats are sensitive to strangers and have delicate stomachs, but the team went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. They carefully followed my feeding instructions, promptly replied to all my emails, and provided regular updates on how my cats were doing. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly put my mind at ease. A huge thank you for taking such great care of them!

   I recently boarded my beloved cat, Whiskers, at Berrylands Cattery Boarding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew my feline friend was in good hands. The cattery is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Whiskers had her own spacious enclosure with a soft bed, toys, and a scratching post. The natural light streaming in through the windows made it feel like a home away from home. What stood out to me was the personalized care Whiskers received. The staff took note of her preferences, whether it was her favorite treats or her preferred playtime activities. It’s evident that they genuinely care about each cat’s well-being. Throughout Whiskers’ stay, I received photo updates via email. Seeing her content and relaxed put my mind at ease. It’s clear that Berrylands goes the extra mile to keep pet parents informed. Thank you and will be using your service again.

   First time using this cattery. I arrived and was shown the room where my 2 cats would. be kept. It was spacious and has places for a cat to hide and feel at home. Yana held one of the cats and my cat took to her straight away. There was a kitty can installed so it made me happier that I could see my cats when I was away. Whilst away I was sent emails telling me how my cats were doing and any questions I asked was answered promptly. On returning I was happy with how my cats were looked after. The girl who had problems with her eyes was fine as it was evident her eyes was cleaned on a regular basis. Having had problems with various catteries I was anxious but I didn’t need to be as they were well cared for. Our pets are a part of our family and it meant so much that while we were away they were cared for. Thank you both for making my holiday a less stressful one!

   Despite that my cat is very anxious cat and she would not settle easy in a different environment, Yana and Paul have always ensured to keep us updated and they always tried hard to keep her as happy as possible during her boarding time with them. I used this facility twice during the last year and will always use it when I go away. I recommend it for the good service and their friendly approach. Thank you.

   My family have been using this cattery for years and highly recommended it. I was worried about my kitten staying in a cattery as we got him during the pandemic and has therefore not met many other people or cats. We had to book him in very last minute and they were so accommodating and I felt very happy leaving our cat here. He was so well looked after and the owners are very kind - you can tell they are cat lovers. Would use this cattery again and highly recommend.

   We have been using Berrylands Cattery for many years and have been delighted with experience for our moggy. They are very accommodating and flexible but more importantly they have a real love for cats which makes it less stressful for the cat. We leave our cat there for long periods and it's his home away from home. We can always rely on Paul and Yana and there's never a decision as to where our pretty boy goes when we are away.

   We have just had our cat with Berrylands for a few days, and once again are very satisfied. We have used Berrylands on numerous occasions over a number of years. The owners appear to have a real love of cats, and our cats have always returned in excellent condition: well-groomed etc. Instructions regarding any medication and foods have always been followed. Berrylands also offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service which we normally use. All-in-all, highly recommended.
