Excellent service, fast turnaround when the prescription is received. They send a text message once it's ready. Much quicker than Boots with less queuing.

Today I went to take my son’s medicine , the lady asked the details after 20 minutes of waiting. Then she said we don’t have this medicine we ordered it will come tomorrow. She could have said in the beginning that they don’t have the medicine and can order it , why did I have to wait and stand there without any reason . Very disappointed.
I am collecting my medicine and using other services from Ritechem pharmacy for 6 years . Their services are really one of the best.
Superb service with a smile, always. Prescriptions available for collection next day at latest, often same day and very efficient “ready to collect “ text message. Never a queue. Leaves nearby “big neighbour” way behind in terms of efficiency and timing. Wish that I’d switched years ago.

Don't go there if you don't want to be swindled. I went in to get a cream which cost £18.80. They had only a generic ir white brand so I said it was ok then they asked me for £28.72. When I complained about the price he said we'll how much do you usually pay? Then he said OK £18.72 (generic is always cheaper). So I said I wanted my prescription back, took it and while I was leaving the pharmacist shout at me calling me rude. So unless you'd ikea to be swindled and insulted do NOT go I this pharmacy. He wrote the initial price on my prescription and then changed it after my complain. Disgusting attitude.
Been with this pharmacy for 3 years and am here regularly to pick up my prescriptions, they are always helpful, kind and go above and beyond to help me with any medical issues I have. Have not had much luck with pharmacy’s before but here they are amazing. Lovely staff, thank you.
They are one of the best pharmacy in surbiton. I always get electronic prescription medications for me or my family. I also had my flu jab from this place. There receptionists are always polite and humble. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and polite too. It’s been almost 6 years and I never ever had any problems in getting good advice or collection of my prescriptions. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
