Absolutely the best shopping experience in Surbiton! The store has a great selection, and the customer service was top-notch. The owner personally helped me with my query and was incredibly polite and helpful. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!
Rude staff who follow you round shop like you're a shoplifter while whis pering in their own language. Then there is always a problem at at the where they try to charge you for the last item on the previous customers list. Totally dishonest. Haven't been there for months

Extremely rude man who runs the shop. Has been rude to me on a number of occasions, I've called him out on it but he doesn't seem to care - specially if you're using the Evri services.
I went to pick up my Hermes parcel and on arrival was asked my name and then pointed in the direction of a huge pile of abandoned dumped parcels for anyone to go through and take as they please. My parcel was not there even though their scanner had said it’d been delivered. They told me to come back the next day, which I did and still it was not there amongst another pile of dumped packages. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was pinched by someone as they were an expensive pair of trainers from a well know high end shop. I will NEVER use this place to either collect or drop off a Hermes parcel as it really is a shambles and would advise everyone else to use at your own risk.
Bought some chocolate from their store, only to come home, open it and find that there is mould on it, and some sort of water/condensation? Tried to take to back to them and explain that it is rancid, to which they said they wouldn’t take it back because it has been opened which means they wouldn’t be able to re-sell it! Erm.... re-sell it? It’s mouldy? First of all, Why would they try and re-sell it. Secondly, how was I meant to know it was mouldy if I hadn’t opened it?.... absolutely disgusting!
