   Iv been wanting to come here for a long time and each time something has came up. I went there with my wife and I had pie and mash as I'm originally from east London and it did not disappoint. My wife had egg on toast and the lady ask how she wanted it and made it perfectly. I will definitely be going back.

   A lovely like at home cafe, where the service is friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere can be compared to visiting family. I ordered the pork Sunday roast, which came with no less than 9 types of veg cooked with love and a side of cauliflower cheese too. The Yorkshire pudding, that's offered with all roasts not just beef was huge, and a perfect mix of soft and crispy. Your gravy comes on the side full to the brim so you can pour as little or much as you like. It's simplicity at its best, cooking a roast is more about timing and less about processes. I'll definitely be coming back. They also service alcohol and are very generous with their pouring.

   Lovely little local place to eat home style cooking… we had brekkie but I’ve had the pie and mash before and it’s pretty decent too. The only thing I’d add is that the sausage was just cooked and would’ve easily taken an extra couple of minutes under the grill.

   Went in with my family today to try the pie and mash, looked at the menu and saw a mixed grill option. The food was fantastic the steak was brilliant and my family absolutely loved the pie and mash. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone ( the women working there are fantastic too )

   Just had a vegan lunch there. WOW! We had the vegan beef Wellington. Amazing. The owner was amazing and so were the staff working there. We had a chocolate cake which was scrumptious too. We bought two vegan pies for dinner tomorrow (Hand made). * Pie one: Vegan mince and onion * Pie two: Mushroom The curries that were described to us sounded lovely also. Fridays dinner. Will definitely be back. Old school values going on at this place. Loved it. Well done.

   Very cute local restaurant. Food was so delicious. The 2 ladies were so friendly. While me and my friend were there we could see a lot of regular customers were coming in and out,the 2 ladies staff know all of them by name. Which means one thing to, excellent customer service and good food. Highly recommended

   A hidden gem! Stopped by after hearing how good the pies were, although I opted for a roast leg of lamb, Yorkshire pudding, potatoes, veg and gravy...which was excellent. Was cooked fresh & served hot, plus all the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They also had a great range if vegetarian and vegan dishes, so will definitely be back!
