Absolutely horrible everything from service to food. Me and my husband came for coffee and breakfast, sat down and waited about 25 min for coffee and another about 15 min for food. My husband had to ask about our order where he was met with an attitude and raised voice from an unfriendly waitress. H was told she was busy and she was making our food where she clearly wasn’t as she was talking to him and standing behind the counter. Mind you there were two other people at the restaurant !! Food soaked in oil and presentation was horrifying ! £16 for an omelette that looked like someone already had some of it. Avoid this place !

Horrible service. I was actually warned about it before coming here. One of the servers was extremely rude and raised her voice at us when we talked amongst each other during ordering. She was impatient and unpleasant, acting as if we owed her something. She is the reason I'm writing this review. Food was alright, nothing to write home about. Atmosphere was nice. They had nice music playing and some board games.

Cafe Bueno ★★★★★
I stopped by this charming café in Richmond and had an incredible panini, gooey melted brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and roasted peppers on perfectly toasted ciabatta. The flavours were spot on, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great spot for a quick but delicious bite. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a lovely lunch after a long walk around all over Richmond hill. It is located minutes from the viewpoint on top of the hill. The staff was polite and attentive. The food tasted good and we thought that for the location, the price was very reasonable too! Will come back in the future!

For the price, I don't expect to have eyes rolled at me every time I want food. None of the staff want to make food so why put it on the menu? Many times they've just told me they're not serving food anymore, when it's too early for this excuse they use attitude instead. The kicker, great food and a convenient location so I can't give less than 3*. Seriously though, why advertise food if you just want to serve coffee and pastries?

Had frequently cycled past on our way to Richmond Park, it's too soon for a coffee stop, until today. We'd cycled around 30 miles up & down the hills of Richmond Park, on our way to completing the Festive 500, and needed a break. Could do with some bike parking nearby, but the coffees and cakes were much appreciated on a cool Boxing Day lunchtime.

Top place. I'm not sure if this was my first visit as I'm usually found 2 or 3 doors down but that place wasn't open on Boxing Day. Staff and service were excellent in spite of a rush immediately after the group I was with ordered. Coffee and pastries were excellent and it was topped off by customers on the next table with a beautifully behaved and friendly cockerpoo. Richmond is a good place if you're human or canine.

Fresh muffins and seriously amazing no kidding I don't think any other place would bake their own muffins on their premises like L'Amandine. This is the best coffee shop in Richmond, and one of the oldest. Over years never failed to give us best quality food and drinks with a big smile on the face, probably best English breakfast. I come here every day for my coffee and freshly baked croissant for years and will always come. Very welcoming service.
