“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“Michael at Northpoint Design provided a fantastic product (Schuller Next 125 range) and service for our kitchen & utility. Through multiple collaborative iterations of design Northpoint were patient, detailed, thoughtful, imaginative and thorough. The installation team were careful and competent and ensured everything was right. The end result is a joy to live with. If you are prepared to work with your kitchen designer to produce a great result that's exactly what you'll get here. True professional.”

“Picked this venue for a coffee after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, the shop is a visual cornucopia of artistic delights. The drinks arrived in cute, hand painted cups and saucers, with small wooden spoons and the coffees adorned with coffee art. We sat and took in all the amazing decor which was for sale: cups, small serving dishes, bags, spoons, a menagerie of small crocheted animals with some in key ring form plus so much more. It was a feast for the eyes and brain to take in everything that was on display. The coffee was equally good and hope to try one of the cakes next time. An absolute joy for the senses and would highly recommend.”

“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

“My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“I recently visited The Smile Studio and had a fantastic experience! Rafi, who I spoke with on the phone, was incredibly accommodating in scheduling my appointment on short notice. During my visit, hygienist Bee did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and her gentle approach made the experience comfortable. I opted for the airflow service which was worth the upgrade in my opinion. Dr. Nico provided valuable advice during my check-up, addressing all my questions with expertise. “Knot Pretzels and Coffee is a perfect stop! I had the cinnamon sugar pretzel — it was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. The service was great too. It made for the perfect treat to enjoy on the train. Definitely worth a visit! Cute little area where you can eat in, too!”

“A nice coffee shop. I ordered a cup of Matcha Latte, and one croissant. The Matcha Latte was good, but the croissant was not fresh. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for them. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.”

“I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to. Nicky in Richmond is a jewel in the crown of Majestic and my experience is always great. Not sure if she is a Manager or Regional Manager yet but she deserves to be. Always a smile, great service and assistance with any queries. A solid knowledge of wines, regions and good recommendations. If I was running Majestic I would be endeavouring to retain her at any cost. Having been a customer of Majestic since 2011 in Chiswick, Camberley, and Brentford at times, I have experienced haphazard service at times and certainly a difference in stock per store, but I really appreciate the quality when I do encounter it and this should be commended.”

“I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. “Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home! I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.”

“The Afternoon Tea was genuinely faultless from start to finish. It was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The vegetarian options were superb – particularly the wrap and the tomato/tofu cream. We'll be dreaming of the meringue, eclair and scones for weeks!
