   Great store overall and has most things you’d need, but it’s impossible to get any warm roast chickens! I’ve only been able to get one in two months. Please stock more of them!

   it's a great store. But can you please stock Sojade yogurts? It's in planet organic, whole foods and many independent grocery stores. I would buy a few every few days!

   Good things: Pretty good Waitrose with a good selection of fresh food and other stuff. Nice location on the High street. Not good things: - no toilet, the closest one is in the tavern - parking entrance/exit are tricky - many cars were damaged on those turns

   Always have everything I want but often needs searching for. Good lay out, bright and airy. Friendly and polite service with a smile. The fish deli is fairly good and a great spirits selection too. Hic!

   Nice to see you got some new doors but some stickers for Push/Pull would be helpful - also they are a little heavy to operate. Otherwise great store with friendly staff.

   Have often had issues here with the car park and staff being difficult and rude. Today someone accused me of stealing my shopping and then when I presented my receipt he realised he had made an error. He then suggested I was acting very suspicious and that he thought I was going to steal the basket?? I remained polite but he was extremely offensive to me. I was humiliated in front of a lot of people.

   Probably one of the worst Waitrose I have been to. Staff have always been rude. One member of staff accused us of looking ‘suspicious’ even though we had just paid and showed him our receipt. Waitrose management should train staff better especially with the amount of money I spent on a single piece of fruit!

   My order from John Lewis got mixed up , team member called Thomas looked after me , amazing service ( not very common these days unfortunately). He deserves recognition. Thank you very much Thomas for sorting out the issue .

   £25 for 3h parking. No joke. Richmond band B parking fine is only £55. Tempted to do that next time because I feel like the charge would have actually been more honest.

   Another fab Waitrose store Went for a nice walk in Richmond Park on a lovely Sunday sunny day Popped in to Waitrose for some bits and pieces got home had a tasty supper. great way to end the day
