   Great little store, well run and managed. Just a shame it doesn’t have a fresh bakery section like Lidl as I prefer the general experience in Aldi a lot better.

   I like the simplicity of the aisles and being a medium size store its easy to get round quickly. It is good on cost (e.g. good but cheap Mamia range for children) and the fruit and veg is good quality. They have a broad selection of meats, spirits and beers and tasty own brand veggie pies. They often run out of stock such as blueberries and raspberries though & they could do more creams such as Sudocrem for babies. I do feel quite sorry for the till staff though as they seem to have performance targets if they don't get people through the till quickly enough (apparently Aldi pay staff the best of all the supermarkets), so customers are often shunted to the self-packing area even though for the customer it is just as quick to do it all at the checkout. Plus I was asked if I wanted to pay by card when I still had about 6 items left to pack and the thing just beeped at me for the entire time till I did, ANNOYING. The queues at times are halfway up the store, more staff needed, as you can be 20 minutes just queueing at times, slightly better these days with click and collect and self-service checkouts.

   I’m a regular customer of Aldi South Ruislip and I highly recommend the branch for service and quality products. I primarily purchase the high protein calorie marked ready meals on days where I haven’t prepared my meals. I actually recommend some of these to my own clients, I work around the corner as a personal trainer at The Gym South Ruislip. If you’re looking to lose weight and get into great shape, the attached images are great products that’ll help you hit your calories and protein and keep you fuller for longer!    Most incompetent security guard. I have a severe autistic brother. My brother went with his shopping to the car which was right in front of the store. My mum explained that he’s autistic and that she can’t leave him. She gave him the cash and kindly asked him to go inside and pay for the 3 items. He refused. She gave him her card and asked him to tap. He refused. I don’t know about your policies but when you can clearly see a women in distress with her autistic child I’m sure he could have asked a manager to see what could be done in that situation. We live in a world now where there are plenty of autistic kids.. it’s good to train staff to handle emotional situations with a bit of empathy and compassion.

   Have regularly shopped at the store since it opened and have found it to be ok - particularly like the recent addition of self checkouts. Today's experience wasn't great - many items not available (I get there is a shortage of lots of products at the moment) - but most annoying of all was the absence of price tickets! If you are having to buy the more expensive options you need to know the price - particularly with the cost of living crisis

   Friendly and helpful. Though they were supposed to get back to me regarding a choking matter over a tin of soup containing a foreign body. Plus a packet of rancid dog chews. I am still waiting having reported it to management, twice.!! Other than that, it's a great place to shop.

   Every Thrusday it's a treat to visit this particular branch compared to others . Staffs are friendly and free parking with no time restrictions. Please take precautions interms of hygiene and cleaning of baskets.
