   Extremely rude staff. Visited this place several times for convenience. Always have an issue with the same rude man. Asked if I could see the medication behind the counter so know what they've got. He told me no and walked off mutering something in another language to go and giggle like a school girl with his colleagues. Ive gone in previously with my son and the same man has walked into my 2yo with no apology glaring as if its my fault. Im sorry you dont want to work boxing day but youve clearly agreed it somewhere

   Faith in humanity restored. I can not praise the staff in West Ruislip Tesco more. It is not my local shop, but last night, on my way home from my son’s swimming lesson I stopped to buy a few bits. After paying, because I had a few things to carry, I must have left my purse in the basket. I went home and I didn’t realise my purse was missing until this morning when I had to go to work. As soon as I finished, I went back to Tesco, and they handed me back my purse with all my cards and driving licence. They even went as far as trying to find my address when they found it, but it’s quite tricky to find. Their gesture brought me to tears, considering the amount of trouble I would have had to cancel all my cards, renew my driving licence, plus all the club cards for different shops. Extremely grateful.

   The fact is you can park right next to the shop (free), which is amazing. They got ATM where you can withdraw money, pretty much having every esencial needed, so it definitely is a great asset for people living locally

   Friendly staff, never had an issue. The only pitfall is its size. It's just a tad small to be able to fully cater for everyone's needs. However it does its best and hits more often than it misses.
