Laszlo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He helped me take my wine to the car. This is not my local Majestic, but it is definitely the one I prefer to come to.
The price on the shelf is not the price for a one-bottle purchase: this is what you'll be told at the counter when you're about to pay one bottle of wine and the real price only shows up on the card payment device. This may then be followed by: if you buy more bottles (how many??) you can have a better price (how much?). Very transparent.
Lousy staff service, I felt discriminated against and they were not able to ask me if I needed help choosing a wine. Little desire to work and the place was empty. Ans also the names of countries don't match the wines, poor organization... I recomend other places in Richmond like The good wine shop.
Only the highest standard, always. They’re fantastic at making you feel like a valued customer. Always buy by wine from these lovely lot.
A simply excellent store and team, always on hand with a great selection and informed, no nonsense recommendations respectively. Have discovered our very favourite wines thanks to Majestic and made drinking wine worryingly pleasurable!

I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to. Nicky in Richmond is a jewel in the crown of Majestic and my experience is always great. Not sure if she is a Manager or Regional Manager yet but she deserves to be. Always a smile, great service and assistance with any queries. A solid knowledge of wines, regions and good recommendations. If I was running Majestic I would be endeavouring to retain her at any cost. Having been a customer of Majestic since 2011 in Chiswick, Camberley, and Brentford at times, I have experienced haphazard service at times and certainly a difference in stock per store, but I really appreciate the quality when I do encounter it and this should be commended.
