I cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy as my visits have always ended with a high level of satisfaction. I even found myself in a pinch one time and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

They are amazing. Went above and beyond when my daughter was out of medication. They found a pharmacy a good distance away that stocked the medicine and then delivered it late at night. They are fantastic. I can't believe I spent so many years frustrated with Boots. If you live in Richmond, transfer to Nima immediately!
Fantastically swift and efficient dispensing service (after the big chain pharmacy 10min down the hill faffed about with my prescription for more than 10 mins and then eventually told me they couldn't dispense it because of an IT problem)! Wonderfully kind and helpful staff plus a very comprehensive, well displayed array of OTC medications. Top marks!

DO NOT GO. Wayyyy too expensive, just payed £10.50 for the smallest bottle of nail polish remover you have ever seen! It was only because i was desperate i had to pay that type of money. Fuming, wish i never bothered.
Don’t use this place for COVID testing. I paid extra (£99) for a ‘guaranteed by midnight next day’ PCR test. I had the test at 9am on a Friday, it didn’t arrive until after midday Sunday, my flight was 10am Sunday so I had to buy another emergency one at the airport. No apology or refund offered by Nima. No contact details provided to chase them and closed Sunday so could not ask.
