Most horrendous service, never been treated so poorly. Went in to print a very important document and asked if they could format the document before printing, they said they could with confidence but they couldn't. Finally printed the document and it was still wrong. Was charged over £80 for 10 copies?! Could have done a better job at home for a fiver. Left it to the 'professionals' and they are now refusing refund. Very poor.
