I only ever buy their flower arrangements from out front. They're a bit pricey but usually last a good while.

This is a fabulous local green grocers with fresh, abundant produce, lots of brilliant store staples like coffee beans, pulses, sauces and fresh flowers and a decent frozen/fridge selection. The staff are friendly and welcoming 10/10!

A new update for my old review. I think Richmond Greens changed hands about two years ago. The new arrangement has many more varieties than the old one. In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, the spice section is also very rich and diverse. Most importantly, the new owners are much more friendly.

The shop itself is good with a wide range of products which I appreciate and is also the reason why I will continue to shop here. My issue with the shop is often when you walk in you feel a sense that a certain male shopkeeper does not want you there. He does not say hello, just stares at you with the impression that he wants you to know that you have annoyed him and he cant wait for you to leave. Just the other day I walked in and only bought a packet of crisps. when I was tapping my card I decided to ask for a big which I didn't think was too much of an ask considering it wouldn't have fit in my pocket and I didn't really feel like holding a bag all the way home. Once I asked for said Bag, Mr shopkeeper in a very aggressive tone asked me 'are you sure?, you can't carry it'. Which took me surprised as I wasn't sure why he was so passionate and aggressive over such a small matter. Despite my encounter with the rude shopkeeper the rest of the staff are no harm and will not bother you. Overall: good shop but could have better customer service considering they are the only off license in a fair distance.

When they first opened they were nice, very chatty and me and my partner often complimented the improvements of the store, however I went in there today thinking I’d have a nice chat with the guy behind the counter, he was on his phone made no eye contact what so ever did not say a word blanked me like I wasn’t a local/ loyal customer...in my opinion the store has gotten to comfortable, customer service is lacking and the pricing is extortionate, will never go there again...not the way to treat local customers.

Great improvement. Love the Turkish products - cheese, figs, süzme, Ülker nutty chocolate.

  2. Barrie Nash ★★★★★

Wide range of very good quality fruit and vegetables ( superb Italian peaches) including some unusual choices, far better than nearby supermarket chain. Also good range of oils and spices, more a deli than a greengrocer plus all the bits and pieces you would get in a newsagent. A good addition to the Hill

Very friendly and very clean Staff always hepfull If they haven't got samething in store, they are always willing to get it in, next day or so. They have new food in like, fresh fruit. Grapes, pineapple bananas, pears cherys etc. Bread , wines, beers and tropical juices. Well worth a visit
