“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

“My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

In some cases I have needed over 100 pieces over varying sizes and they cut it all, no problem, talked me through it on my first order, and delivered on time and with a smile. It’s shame that the menu is not available today but still have variety food selection including toast, sandwiches, cake, tart or cookies etc. Latte smell really good and hot. The seller patiently explain to us what ingredients for the sandwich while my little one can’t eat spicy. It’s a 5 stars cafe!”

Arrived without an appointment and although my tyre was not a common one, they had they exact model in stock (from the same manufacturer) and were able to fit straight away. Price was very competitive with internet retailers and they seem to carry a comprehensive stock range. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.”

“An unhurried, professional and considerate approach by Hassan, the pharmacist, made my visit for a flu and Covid vaccine pleasant. He explained how to minimise a stiff arm (relaxed muscles) and reassured me that there was less likelihood of a strong reaction to the vaccines as the Covid one had become more advanced and was not a live vaccine. It was the Pfizer Covid vaccine. The free parking rounded off this altogether relatively enjoyable experience (for a double vaccine!).”

It’s simple but absolutely delicious, and no surprise that it sells out quickly during the day. Beyond coffee and pastries, the food menu is also impressive. They have tasty brunch options and light meals that are fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Everything feels made with care rather than rushed or pre-made. Overall, this place has a really nice vibe great coffee, fresh food, and genuinely kind people. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around Putney!”
