   Mastercar Ltd, Kew provide an excellent service. Been there several times with 3 different vehicles, and on each occasion, Lucas and the team have provided me with practical solutions and a very professional service. They are always interested in your problem and will provide advice whether you are considering Mastercar or you are better off elsewhere. They seem to deal with all issues as well as services and MOT's. The service is polite and fast. The prices are reasonable and fair. Highly recommended.

   My car has a tendency to break down on Fridays or Saturdays. Yesterday, the engine light came on, and the car went into limp mode, so I drove to Mastercar, but when I arrived, they were closed—it was Saturday. Luckily, just as I was leaving, Lukas showed up to do some work and agreed to check it out. It was a faulty sensor. He ordered the part, fixed the car in 3 hours, and saved my weekend. I have been to Mastercar a few times, and Lukas has always helped me out quickly and at a very fair price. I would totally recommend them—they are knowledgeable, skilled, and always there when you need them.

   Mastercar were absolutely brilliant. We had a dead hybrid battery and overdue MOT simultaneously. The RAC who we've been with for a lifetime refused to help. Mastercar re-charged our battery and did the MOT. Lifesavers!
