    The review is for Argos online. I placed an order which was not delivered and when I called I was told that I will be refunded and also given a voucher for the inconvenience. What I got was a voucher and the order was fraudulently marked as delivered. Fortunately I checked and called back again. In essence 1 hour wasted on calls, order not received. Poor service all the way

    Free parking and easy to access within homebase. Unfortunately it is closing down on 6th June and there will be no argos in the Richmond / Twickenham area.

    The staff were very professional and quick. I ordered my items online and they were ready to be collected in no time. When I went there, the collection was as quick as 1 minute. I had to return one item due to my own fault, which I did the next day. The return was accepted after a thorough check on it in a polite, respectful and professional manner. I recommend.

    Great staff my review is NOT about them, they were extremely polite and helpful. But I remember Argos when you would walk into a store fill in the slip, then pay for it and collect your item straight away. I ordered some items recently assuming I would collect the items straight away but was informed that wasn't how they operate any longer. I cancelled the order and purchased the goods from PC World instead.
