They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

Through multiple collaborative iterations of design Northpoint were patient, detailed, thoughtful, imaginative and thorough. The installation team were careful and competent and ensured everything was right. The end result is a joy to live with. “We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. Jason organised a replacement in the same style, to blend in with the oven underneath, and his trusted fitter to fit it, all within a couple of days. THAT is impressive service. Highly recommend.”
