   We visited many Kitchen companies before we met Matt at Richmond Kitchens. We are so happy we met Matt. From our very first consultation, we were impressed by Matt's outstanding customer service, brilliant design skills, and remarkable patience. He was happy to answer all our questions, we never once felt rushed and he helped us until we were 100% happy with the design making the whole design process very enjoyable. This level of premium service continued through the installation process. The end result is simply stunning – we are extremely happy with our new Leicht kitchen and is exactly what we dreamed of.    Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.

   We had our kitchen designed and installed by Richmond Kitchens and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very start, Matt was fantastic — he spent several meetings with us talking through different design options and costings, and was always patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The fitters were also excellent — incredibly professional, tidy, and very thorough in their work. The attention to detail throughout the installation was outstanding. It’s been two years since our kitchen and it still looks absolutely as good as new. The quality really shines through. After sales service was excellent as well. A recent issue with a filter - my fault - was sorted out immediately.

   Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! We recently had a kitchen installed by Richmond Kitchens and the whole experience was fantastic. A special shout-out to Matt, whose service throughout was first-class. He guided us patiently through the design stage, helped us pick finishes and appliances, and kept us updated from start to finish. The end result was terrific and the quality is excellent. Tip: Ensure you get your order in well in advance as it was a long lead time to delivery. Professional team, great communication — highly recommend Richmond Kitchens (and Matt!).

They listened to our requirements and but were proactive at recommending improvements. The quality of the product is excellent and the price was reasonable considering the bespoke nature of the cabinets. We would definitely recommend Richmond Kitchens.

   Really good retailer and installer of German Leicht kitchens - the showroom and service far greater than the somewhat modest shopfront in Ham parade. Matt and Vahid have done a great job helping us as we planned our kitchen and then made a number of revisions throughout the process; even helping us change the internal drawer design of our kitchen island after installation. We're really enjoying the finished kitchen. Highly recommended.

   Vahid and Matt provide great customer service and care. Both were patient and helpful during the planning process with helpful proactive advice. Listening to our needs and aspirations they were forthcoming with advice to serve us best, even at a cost of a lower total order value for Richmond Kitchens. They have, no doubt, saved us from making some regrettable mistakes. The kitchen fitting wasn't without some very minor issues - all dealt with timely, efficiently and amicably. Vahid and Matt continue to provide us with post-delivery care which we are grateful for. We are incredibly pleased with our decision to go with Richmond Kitchens.

   It has been a great experience getting our new kitchen from Richmond Kitchen (Kingston branch), from our first visit to the show room to finalise the design details, Matt has been very patient and professional with us throughout, specially we changed design multiple times. The product quality is very good and easy to fit. We are very happy with the services from Matt and Vahid, and the finalised product looks very good. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a high-quality kitchen.

We made efficient and effective use of our space and now have an amazing kitchen which has become the central hub of our home. The fitters were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, we never had problems only solutions to challenges! Highly recommend these guys, quality and no corner cutting.
