    When you call a company at 7:15 in the morning an you're greeted by a polite representative specially right on top of Christmas that tells me a lot about a company . Found out they had the product I needed which happens to be cheaper than anywhere else. Have to be honest always assumed the shop would be pricey being situated in Richmond but what a surprise very good prices on their products and an Aaddin's cave of top decorating gear.

    This is such a great store, with a really good product range and at reasonable prices but the best thing about this store is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly and are very knowledgeable. They even fixed a draw handle for me and gave me lots of helpful advice. We are very lucky to have this store in Richmond!
