   I really liked the store, excellent quality, lots of discounts. I bought a lot of different things, opened the package at home, and there were no earrings. Apparently, the saleswoman accidentally forgot to pack them, although they are on the receipt. This spoiled the impression. But this happens, I'm sure the saleswoman did it by accident!

   Utterly terrible. I placed an order online and paid for express delivery.l for Xmas. They use Evri which says it all. The item has not turned up 4 days later despite the courier company initially saying it was delivered, they are now saying it is at a depot! Anthropologie don’t answer emails and nobody is there to instant chat with via their instant chat. I want a refund of my delivery charge!! Simply appalling service.

   Bought a pair of linen trousers, mustard colour. First (careful) wash the colour went all patchy. I contacted the company online but there were not interested. Very poor service. Unhappy customer.

   Shop is good in general but one thing is that a member of staff gave me attitude and I didn’t do anything wrong. Clothes are generally nice but are highly overpriced. Might come back here.

   Finally a wonderful store that offers a good selection of women's clothing and comfortable seating and space whilst the other half tries on clothing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Music set to the correct volume playing great tracks. An enjoyable experience.
