Staff seem there not even bothered and i asked for something and still got my order wrong. Just don’t care. Even to the guys outside who normally help you out. Had to find our own materials and load the van. Even told me they didnt have the material when i just bloody bought it.
I needed 5 bags of cement deliver fast and one was torn and replaced within half an hour. ,Also ordered. 90 breeze blocks from B and Q supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday No messages ! No E mails anything tried to phone Several times E mails Etc this was happening for a few days not much sense ,Eventually got through to someone with sense I week later who sorted it out but had to wait another week has B and Q passed the order to Travis Perkins delivered on the time they said ,I have never had trouble with Travis Perkins But they are more expensive than B and Q
