   Northpoint Design are incredible. It has been a joy working with Michael and the team and I'm delighted with our kitchen and pantry / utility (pantility). I first visited the Worple Way Richmond showroom a couple of years ago on recommendation from a dear friend and immediately loved what I saw. Michael explained the different types of kitchen and we identified the bespoke Minim range as appropriate for my brief. We were in the safest of hands and Michael brought all of his expertise into designing a kitchen to suit us. From counter top height to splash-back style, appliances to lighting, the walnut carcass and true handleless drawers, it was couture. The 3D render was incredible and generated from the CAD drawings by a highly skilled team member. See the render vs reality attached. We iterated a couple of times with the design, Michael was on site with our builders to make sure the first fix was good and the design would fit the actual, Richard made the beautiful kitchen down the road in Hounslow, Thomas did a master fit-up, Matt a superb paint job and the worktop and splash back teams were brilliant. Northpoint are highly skilled and of the highest quality. Thank you.

   Our kitchen was almost 20 years old and with zero experience of kitchen renovation we faced a daunting task, but thankfully found ourselves in the oasis of calm that is the showroom of Northpoint Design. From our first meeting, there was no “hard sell”, no endless confusing choices – just a calm, engaged, pragmatic, design-conscious approach from Michael who has that rare quality of really demonstrating a passion for his work and a commitment to the highest standards of quality and customer service. With Michael’s guidance and suggestions we chose a Schuller kitchen, a family company with high-quality and sustainable products with seemingly endless variety of sizes and shapes of cabinetry to ensure a perfect fit in the space we had available. Thanks to Michael’s careful planning with quite a restrictive space, plus (also sourced via Northpoint) excellent behind the scenes plastering, plumbing, electrics and decorating, high-quality fitting, appliances and worktops, we now have a beautiful modern kitchen which doesn’t only look good but functions like a dream. We love spending time in it. It is a calm, uncluttered and useful space. We have switched from gas to induction, from a kettle to a boiling water tap, from cupboards we could hardly access to elegant handle-less drawers that fit everything, and from dark to light in the colour scheme and beautiful worktop – all thanks to Michael’s clear knowledge, thoughtfulness, patience and attention to detail. We would recommend Michael and Northpoint Design without any hesitation. Renovation is definitely stressful – but 100% less so with Michael involved! He was truly a pleasure to work with, as were others on his wider team.

   We had our kitchen and utility room designed by Northpoint kitchen. It was fitted in September 2023. Michael was excellent from start to finish of the project. Great design that made the best use of our space. He adapted the design when I changed my mind at various points. Attention to detail by Tomasz who fitted the kitchen units. Work surface was also fitted well. 6months of constant use the surface and units have been easy to use and care for- important with having young chidden. Great aftercare too! Overall would highly recommend Michael at Northpoint Kitchen.

Through multiple collaborative iterations of design Northpoint were patient, detailed, thoughtful, imaginative and thorough. The installation team were careful and competent and ensured everything was right. The end result is a joy to live with. If you are prepared to work with your kitchen designer to produce a great result that's exactly what you'll get here. True professional.

   From the outset Michael listened carefully to our requirements and was able to accommodate the quirks of our Victorian kitchen. He designed superb drawers to fit into our fireplace recess and custom cupboards for spices and kitchen foils. He also managed to fit a plate warmer under the oven which other kitchen companies thought was not possible. Throughout he displayed flair and practicality, adjusting cupboards on site to take account of uneven walls. He was a pleasure to do business with and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

   From our first meeting with Michael we felt we were in completely safe hands. We had some ideas about what we wanted in our new kitchen and Michael was able to talk us through what would work and what might not. He really took on board the things that were important to us and came up with a great design. We chose to buy everything through Northpoint and this meant that everything including appliances, worktops and splash backs were sourced and organised by Michael. His attention to detail was exceptional and the quality of the kitchen units is excellent. Tomasz the fitter and Matt the painter did a fantastic job. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our perfect new kitchen and cannot recommend Michael and the Northpoint team highly enough.

   Northpoint were marvellous. They transformed our kitchen from the tired old fashioned version with black granite worktops and yellow doors to the sleek modern version you see below with handle free integrated cupboards and a fabulous induction hob. Michael was on hand to provide advice every step of the way. The contractors were great with attention to detail and a conscientious approach. Prices compared really favourably to other quotes we received. The whole experience was pain free and we are very happy with the result.
