   We had our Rotpunkt kitchen designed by Helena at ZenKüchen, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. From the very beginning, Helena took the time to understand what we wanted and paid close attention to every detail. Her thoughtful design has completely transformed our space. Steve, who handled the installation, was an absolute artist. His craftsmanship was outstanding, and he did a fantastic job fitting the kitchen with precision and care. The overall quality of the kitchen is exceptional, and we’re extremely happy with both the process and the end result. Highly recommended.

   We had our kitchen installed by Zen in February and are delighted by it. Helena was extremely helpful during the design stage and gave us many ideas. She was also very understanding with our numerous last minute changes! Steve was amazing during the install and worked wonderfully well with our builders which helped make the whole process seamless. We didn’t think we would go would Zen at the start as we thought they would be much more expensive than the “high street” kitchen providers, but we are delighted by the value for money we believe we got by going with Zen. Highly recommended.

   Helena helped plan our new kitchen. She is very professional and responsive - really easy to work with. Steve then fitted the kitchen and did a fantastic job. I was a nuisance as decided to move the run of cabinets along after they had started - it was never a problem. Helena re-visited and worked with me to make sure I was happy. Steve worked with my builders and it all came together incredibly efficiently.

   Helena and the Zen Kuchen team were great. Their experience means that the kitchen design really works and looks great, whilst using available space well. Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.

   From start t finish i was given all the support and guidance to find my perfect Kitchen. I looked around for so many kitchen suppliers and definitely made the right choice going to Zen Kuchen. Helena from the Richmond showroom, made everything easy and she was so precise with deadlines being met (around other tradespeople) and also gave advice on matters that i wouldn't have thought about. Kitchen installation was done by two of her recommended professional fitters who were a pleasure to have in my home and fit the units perfectly. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a new kitchen to go to Zen Kuchen first and to not waste your time going with anyone else. Zen Kuchen has a great choice of colours and materials to suit anyone. The products are of high German quality and the look is exactly what i wanted. I cannot thank Zen Kuchen and Helena enough, as this was quite an emotional journey and made that much easier with the right people. I love my new kitchen and the after sales care is prompt and reliable too. This business actually takes pride in the level of service and products it offers and gives you a dedicated personal level of service. Highly recommend this family run business over others.

   I would like to say a big thank you to Helena and Zen for the fabulous Kitchen we have just had fitted. We absolutely love our bespoke hand painted kitchen built by there local Joiners. We chose their British range over the more contemporary German style and Reece who fitted it was a genius in his flawless work.. Best decision we made and highly recommend..
